1 Primary Coat RE is part of a unique 3-coat system with 23 Top Coat RE. 1 Primary Coat RE is a translucent satin wood basecoat. Its superior alkyd-oil formulation offers excellent penetration and adhesion to vertical wood surfaces.
23 Top Coat RE is a premium, translucent satin top coat for 1 Primary Coat RE. 23 Top Coat is a 2-coat application and enhances wood grain with rich color and signature clarity. Maintain with periodic single coat of Cetol Maintenance (see below).
The resilient alkyd formula with UV absorbers offers excellent durability and protection for Siding, Garage and Entrance Doors, Trim, Windows, and Log Homes. Cetol 1 RE can be used alone on fences and furniture as a 2-coat system.
